MAT PILATES

Join me for Pilates mat work and train your way to a healthy body and mind. These techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of coordination and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. 10:00 am – Plank You Pilates

A multi-level class for all bodies. We use props like foam roller, small ball, magic circle, bands, weights, etc. to explore classical Pilates mat moves with a contemporary flair.

Private Groups and Personal Training Sessions are scheduled throughout the week by appointment.
